The Community Chest Building was donated to us in 1969 by Harold E. Mertz, the founder of Publishers Clearing House and a noted philanthropist. For more than 40 years, the Community Chest has provided below market rate space for non-profit organizations, to help them achieve their missions.
The building is located at 382 Main Street, Port Washington, NY overlooking Manhasset Bay.
