The 2nd Annual Port Washington Winter Run is a 5 mile run starting and finishing in North Hempstead Beach Park. Participants receive a long-sleeve performance shirt. Finishers receive a medal. Awards are given to top 3 overall male and female and top 3 male and female in each of 13 five year age categories. There will be a post race party in a heated tent after the run with food, beer and live music. Proceeds benefit the Community Chest of Port Washington, and the charities it serves. Registration is on-line only beginning January 1, 2020 at RunSignUp .
